Shipping Policy

Delivery Time-frames: With effective shipping partnerships, HotRich delivers its packages within 5-7 business days.
Handling time: Once we receive an order, we take 12 hours to 1 day to complete the handling process.
Possible delays: Customers are requested to tolerate delays in deliveries during festival seasons and other holiday and peak times. Due to the current Covid situation, we experience delays in deliveries due to government regulations.
Returns and Exchanges: No returns or refunds will be accepted on edible products. If a customer receives damaged or expired products, the customer can address an issue to bhakti.enterprise812@gmail.com and they will receive a replacement product.
